Looks like the big 3 will play each other regularly and tour bhookay nangay boards here and there to keep things fresh.

Apparently

the big three are only getting their positions until 2016, when a re-election will take place (like what happens now anyway). And there will be a full known schedule involving all teams until 2023 that nobody can back out of (looking at you India and Sri Lanka), which is more than the ICC have been able to achieve on their own. An associate nation will also get a shot at test membership.

If post-2016 things will revert to the way they are now, it then begs the Q why are the so-called big 3 after more power now?
