If this happens, Pak, RSA, WI, NZ and SL should make their own Cricket body and make it fair for all members. Then play with ICC teams on equality with the approval of this body (in future when and if ICC comes to the sense again).
Otherwise, to hell with ICC and its arrogant members. The new org will have enough members and juice to attract viewers.

That will be perfect… how long will the 3 play each other, the audience will be bored and the revenues will bring them to their senses.
