Tip for doing presentations: when you start to feel nervous imagine everyone in the audience sitting on the toilet with their trousers round their ankles. Works ever time.
In your presentation notes write in big letters BREATHE. You can even tell the audience you’re doing this – it’ll get them on your side and make them laugh and then they’ll not only enjoy the presentation they’ll LIKE YOU!
