What are the responsibilities of the government and supreme court respectively? On the one side we have seen mega mega scandals, the scale of which maybe we have never seen before, pia, railways, rental power plants, fertilizer, LPG etc. should the supreme court keep quiet while the country is run to the ground? We can easily see how the government went out of the way to protect moonis illahi from the nicl scam.
Before I used to think that it’s the incompetence of the government, but keeping in view mass scale corruption which is damaging almost all the big industries/departments of the country it seems as if the government is doing that on purpose according to some agenda. If the supreme court takes action then the govt becomes a victim.
What if supreme court itself is a corrupt organization? Angels are not working in pakistan’s judicial system. For CJ, memo case is more important than what you said above.
