I can reply to all of your points but you missed the main point. MEMOGATE case is only 2-3 months old. Why did SC not take up all these cases before that?

As I said, I m not saying SC is not doing justice but they are doing selective justice and as of right now they are only selecting cases against PPP. They have time for umphteen “tauheen-e-aadalat” cases but they dont have time for 12th may case, Missing persons cases, Asghar Khan case, NS’s NRO and list goes on and on etc.

N$'s Pardon is really a case? what is the case about that? did someone file any suite in court?
asghar khan petition is not only about nawaz sharif, there are several beneficiaries, and there are some “hidden funds” for some of the govt departments, ISI had a political wing (if i’m not wrong credit goes to ppp to disband this section), its job was to broker deals and drive political environment of the country to govt’s desired direction.
and do you really think there is anything to hear about punjab govt’s stay order? the provincial govt was dismissed because of political reasons, and federal govt of ppp failed to sustain the outcry caused by the governor’s law, if that case is any worth, its fed govt which has to pursue the stay order and prove that governor’s law was and is necessary in punjab.
in addition to that, none of these cases are at par the memo case, in which complete country was being sold, nuclear arsenal was being given up and much more, which is one of the most serious case in pakistani’s judicial history.
all those cases against N$ and other people are also important, they just happen to be on a little lower scale as far as severity is concerned. not only that, SC should proceed the hudaibia mills case also. but i dont know if its good idea to overflow the highest court of country with those so many important cases all at the same time, everyday there will be a new decision or remark, which someone somewhere will find biased. if it will be against N$ they will say its biased, if it will be against MQM they will say its biased, so is the case with PPP. currently they are in the govt, they are the biggest party and they are the biggest fish as well. court should take cases one by one, based on their severity and importance.
