Well, it is not a story but an embarrassing feeling of guilt, as I feel I might also have been biased (to some extent) in the past clashes / disagreements…etc.
Just to give you an idea of what I want to say, I would start with an example of few threads in Lifestyles forum.
When you read (on forum) or listen to a person’s disastrous story (in real life) who have been made a victom in any way, don’t you feel uncomfortable due to the fact that you only know one side of the story, which might have been presented to you in a *twisted *(un real) way to gain sympathese / support against the opponent. I usually easily believe one side of the story (which has been presented to me in a way that seems realistic) and sometimes later get a jerk / shock when later I am able to find out the other side of the story.
Question:
Do you feel that while dealing with any kind of clash, when we are explaining ourselves to a third person / party, we might tend to not mention "those details", which might go against us / or (in few cases)might even cause misunderstanding against us in that (third) person’s mind ?
or
You present the whole story 100 % true (including everything that goes against you, but is based on truth) as ofcourse we (by default) do mention the whole stuff that support us and go against our opponents.
