My aunt married this Italian Guy. He didn't convert to Islam and there was a big furor about it.
Many people in my family stopped speaking to her. But my mom and my immediate family still talk to her.
The guy is really nice but he is a die hard Roman Catholic and under no circumstance he will change his religion and he was also madly in love with my aunt.
They have been married for over 20 years and are raising their kids with both christian and Muslim beliefs.
