Well im NOT a big fan of Indian cinema.. only once in a blue moon do i watch one.. and i liked this one. It was good as far as the subject was different, and so, interesting, esp the pera psychological study.. it was rather good, though the tantric part in the end marred the sense.. but well even that was a requirement since i guess the disease Avni was suffering from couldnt be cured unless the part of her personality (majulika) was to be satisfied and done with. i liked the subject, acting and treatment was equally good (Y)
why we are seeing different POVs here, is because each of us has different taste and we search for only what we like to see in the movies :)

Note to Bollywood directors; next time you try to make a "psychological thriller", please don't cheat us and market it as a comedy. Bunch of chors.

Paresh Rawal and Rajpal Yadav were both guest actors, it seemed. Most of the movie revolved around the psychopathological crap that the director was hell-bent on us believing. Only Akshay had his moments, and they were far and few in between. Crap movie overall. I would rather watch Johnny Ghaddar again.

It was parapsychological situation. I think you misunderstood the whole plot in this case.
The movie was watchable, from Bollywood's standard. Atleast they didn't put loads of crap comedy scenes like malamal, golmaal and others from last year. It was comic where it required. Trailors might be misleading, I agree, but to hide the real plot I guess.
