There are existing laws in India which prevent people from making vile and abusive statements against religious symbols and images. Talking bad about Islam and islamic figures must and should be dealt with by the law. Simple advise...just don't talk bad about Islam in Pakistan where law exists.
Misuse/abuse of the law is no excuse for removing the law.

Hey man! I see the ill effects of these ‘bad laws’ in my beloved country. I don’t need no web-$hite to tell me how we the majority in Pakistan are oppressing the minorities. Giving MAToos power to put innocents behind bars is the worst thing we have done so far.
p.s. your argument about murder, theft etc. is a non-starter. Those crimes are covered by man-made laws and we can alwasy change them if they don’t work.
