The biggest Bhangra Competition in all of the US…

and I can’t even go. :frowning: My dad won’t let me.

And I LOVE bhangra! The music, the dances, the uncles with the big moochaiN. :frowning:

I asked if I could go with a friend (whom both of my parents know pretty well) and they said no…so then I asked if we could go if my sister came along with us, and he still said no. :frowning: I wanna go soooo bad!

I think it’s because last year at Bhangra Blowout, there was a huge fight towards the end and some guy was stabbed to death and stuff :frowning: which is pretty scary…but it’s not like I’d be staying out THAT late anyways. I don’t wanna go to buy drugs or dance with guys…I wanna go because I absolutely LOVE bhangra!!! =(

I’m never ever ever gonna talk to my Dad again! :aj:

phati.. i know how u feel.. :bummer: last summer i was in UK.. a few houses away from ma uncle’s place.. there was a huuuge bhangra party goin on..

^ Oh I don’t think RDB is gonna be there. MC Vikrim was there one year, though :rotfl: I think it was like in 2003. Last time I went was in 2004 and it was so much fun. :frowning:

Well aisay he, i just put **aghaaz* in yahoo search engine and found few resultsne about Shahzad's new album Aghaaz, :) (i was surprised) and then a bazm page, where it had this poem which i have copy pasted below......parhyay aur maza leejyay, as i was smiling when i read it....just with the thought that look kia dhondha....:p
