yaar there is a poem like

   Bhalay dinoon ki baat hay bhali si ik shakal thi
       Na yeh keh husn-e-tamam ho na dekhnay main aam si..

Have anyone read that??? if yes then plz send me that complete or otherwise tell me the poet name who composed this
