I dunno, but yes I have heard of it being said that way..like she takes the responsibilities of taking care of younger/unmarried devars. at least htats how it is in the traditional joint family setup.
Usually its the one whose married to the eldest brother/the first one to get married.
I don’t think the woman’s age here matters, what matters is the age of the man she’s married to…
