Bridal dresses is a big business and Facebook is full of scams - I almost got trapped in one of them - MostDesireableDressesInPakistan ; Money transfer was blocked and the beneficiary could not get paid. Next I requested copy of his CNIC for making alternate payment arrangement and eversince the person has just disappeared - Phone is not on, whatsapp is not being read - don’t make any advance payment as these guys are big fraud.

Every genuine business also has facebook presence. So just because you see some page on facebook doesn't make it a fraud automatically. The page you are referring to doesn't even look like a business page. It looks like some funny content sharing page also uploaded a few dresses. Not sure how you were going to trust that anyway.
