Hello All International Customers of Khaadi,
Khaadi recently updated their website and just reopened their international site. They are charging close to double the price to international customers of what they charge in Pakistan!! Its absolutely absurd. I contacted the rep and this was his response:
“We are sorry for inconveniences caused but some countries have taxes and duties charges on production and processing of products and these affected the price of the article”
But how are they going to charge us a ridiculous price jump AND shipping?? They are several international stores around the world and they take these costs upon themselves in order to serve international clients and be fair to them because they’re benefitting by serving a much larger market.
Just for example, a shirt normally for Pkr 280,000 ($266) is being sold for $400 on the US site. A trouser normally for Pkr 55,000 ($52) is being sold for $95.
I hope many people complain to them and show them that people are noticing this so that they can stop ripping off their international customers and pocketing this huge difference. I’M SO MAD AT THIS PAKISTANI IDEOLOGY!!! GREED IS THE ROOT TO THE PROBLEMS WE HAVE IN OUR COUNTRY!!!
