A colleague of mine recently ordered from Wear.co, details you’ll find on website:

Three out of the 10 items bought had faults:
Before i state the faults the suits did not come in their original packing or with original picture.
- In 1 design she ordered 2 Zainab Chottani (same design and colour); on both kameez there was mould growing and oil marks, 1 kameez was worse than the other.
- On top of that both suits came with different coloured shalvar’s, one came in white and the other in beige.
- the third suit was an old maria b design but it had a panel missing from the kameez.
When the wholesaler was confronted, his responses were as following:
- Didn’t acknowledge there could be a problem as he had checked the stock before sending
- offered to send a new panel… I’m not sure on what basis, how was he going to send a matching panel on an old design… in same colour and embroidery?
- on the ZC suits offered to dry clean and then she will need to pay shipping costs…?
At the request of a refund… he told her to get lost… Pakistani justice for you!
They ALL want money in advance and when they make mistakes they will not acknowledge or correct them…
IF YOU ARE A BUYER BE CAREFUL WHO YOU ORDER FROM, PAYPAL IS THE ONLY SAFE OPTION BUT MOST PAKISTANIS DO NOT DO BUSINESS VIA PAYPAL!
Please pass on so that no one else is messed around by this vendor. She will get no justice but please save others from the same misfortune.
