41000 cash bounties…in USD or Rs? In 1993 conversion rate was 30Rs/ 1 USD; hence the Indian state paid appr 1400 USD….it looks a little funny.

Thanks again for enlightening us. But I have a problem. If any one from USA or from Britain will make such claims, I will honor it, but the claim comes from a country which does not know where actually its constitution being spitted at, at a Madrisa or at some military headquarters…no comments!
