may be but.. look tariq.. there are always troubles.. the people start to feel disallusioned when they loose the sight of their future. Then any volatile issue(religion) can cause a flare up. If India is progressing then there will not be any such flare up.. they will basicaly think about their tomorrow than killing their neighbour.
