i have no idea about 1.5 billion US dollars and all.. if it was then it was given to punjab police because of their highly commendable job they did in ending terrorism in Punjab… Tariq.. Punjab police is from Punjab.. majority are sikhs.. and as far i got to know from Gill( he is again a sikh, and credited with ending punjab extremism) is that the police had infilterated the sikh groups and finally broke them apart.
