So… if your beti wants to be a lingerie model … would you allow it?or Would you stop her? if yes, then why would you stop her?

if the daughter's parents have given such a deenii education and/or raised in such a fashion that the she would desire such a profession. it's a failure on the part of the parents and i'm sure such parents will NOT object to their daughter's choice of profession.

Oh well..... as expected no responses.....

I chose an extreme example to highlight the underlying issue....

Parents DO impose their own version of social,religous,culturally acceptable professions on their kids......... A parent who stops their children from persuing singing etc is no worse than someone who stop their kid from undie modelling......... at the end of the day....its the same thing....... Parents imposing their own worldview on the kids......

^Not all parents impose.. esp here in the West..

I wouldn't want my daughter to become a lingerie model (more because I'd prefer her to use her brain than her looks) but at the end of the day if that's what she wanted to do it would be her decision..

I'd advise and guide but after that it would be down to her..

Maybe.. but better than having no relationship at all..

There are a million things my (future) kids could do which I might not agree with but I wouldn't cut them off..

Its about trying to stop , not approving, discouraging…etc etc… nobody can stop anyone from anything…

And I beg to differ on your example of singing vs underwear modelling. Singers dont parade around showing their goodies to entire world.
