they believe that they must NOT burden their daughters so they do have to listen to her sasuraal kii tants/ta’ne. desis believe girls are paraayii so they must only give to girls and NOT take from them…boys par unkaa Haq hotaa hai

If that was the case, many communities would give proper rights to girls in inheritance. Its something self-ego which make people utter such sentences IMO
