Anyone has an idea which one works best around the University area? AT&T or Verizon or something else?

Re: best wireless phone service in Chicago ?
^ thanks. BTW I am coming across this term mashup more and more. any simple english explanation?
Re: best wireless phone service in Chicago ?
At its simplest… a mashup is a web based application that combines data and functionality from two pre-existing applications.
The prerequisite is that the pre-existing applications need to make their programming routines available through a public interface so that other developers can utilize these applications for their specific purpose.
My favorite example of a mashup is a hybrid between Google Maps and Craigslist… individually they provide distinct functionalities… but if you are looking for accommodation in certain locations… you can use a mashup which combines ads and classifieds from craigslist and pinpoints the location of the accommodations using google map. Re: best wireless phone service in Chicago ?
That seems like a neat idea. Can you suggest some source or book that I can read to learn more? I don't intend to get hands on or anything but it seems a powerful idea. In particular, what should people developing software do to make it "mashuppable". I will google also but nothing like a guru

US Cellular worked great for me in general when in Chicago, not sure which university you are talking about though.
