Guy if you have used any wight lose supplement then plz tell me the name of that supplement and result cuz i want atleast 4 to 5 inchs reduction in my waste.
I dont trust those products. Best way to loose fat is to make sure you use more calories per day than what you eat. Increasing protein in your diet and doing some workout ensures that you dont loose muscle mass.
properly eating, timing+frequency of the meals, proper exercises and excessive water intake.. THAT is what works.. everything else would be just a marketing scam..
I tried meridia, even though I wasn't suppose to cuz i think you have to be 20 lbs over your average body weight to use it but I wasn't but I knw the doc so she gave it to me but my heart rate would just go crazy...it still does sometimes after like 4 or 5 years. You can try to get it but I dont think you should unless u r really obesse.
I've used Hydroxycut along with some others in the past. They have really bad side effects such as high heart rate, tremmors and sweating, so you end up feeling sick all the time and not so energetic during workouts. It also causes insomnia so you will have trouble falling asleep. Contrary to the pictures you see in thier add, it is not worth it. Proper diet and exercise is the ONLY safe and effective way to go.
I was 95 kgs a year ago now I am 78 kgs.......
1. Run(initially slow jogging) for 30 mins 4-5 times a week...start with wahtever mins you can at a stretch ...then build up on it by adding 30-45 secs daily.
2.Slowly decrease your dinner and make it a point to have dinner at least 3 hrs bfore going to bed.
3.Don't keep your stomach empty for more than 3-4 hrs (exception dinner to Bfast)...bcoz to keep the Metabolism churning properly...

lean fire is the only one I've I ever tried..not because i am trying to lose weight..am pretty athletic and fit, 6 feet ,180 lbs....just wanted to see how it will work on my body..i just took half of the recommended dosage,it does raise your heart beat a little bit because of caffeine and green tea in it which makes you run faster and speeds up your metabolism..as long as you don't take too much of its probably safe..i just take it occasionally before a work out when i ve eaten parathas and nihari and been a bit in-active n feel that i might gain a few kgs of fat in my body..but u should'nt take it if you don't work out
ok not to proud of it but i took hydroxycut about 3 yrs ago and it had the drug ephedra in it...which is banned now :D...
one of my co-worker was taking it and we split a bottle.... it did work..the only bad part is it made me feel soooo extremely energetic i had no idea what to do with myself.... i could actually feel my heart beating...reallyyy fast.. and i once fainted at an aunty's house... other than that.. it was all good. :P
