Please .
if any one of you can suggest me, some webcam present in Pakistan,spcially KHI,
ranging in 3000 for a webcam
and 6500 for a Digi Webcam.

Support for XP is a must.
My lil bro want to buy one, but I aint in Pakistan for some time,so I really dont know the trend there or market availability.

You can get your bro a 1.3 MP camera for 6500. OR You can get him a webcam with digicam abilities. Theses are widely available in Pakistan and wont cost more than 4500rps. Intel and Logitech makes them.
