We have 31000 miles which are going to expire on May 31st and I m looking to spend them don’t want to spend on buying stuff from emirates high streets
There are couple of do,estimate airlines to spend and may be an upgrade .
well I will traveling to pakistan soon in April .. Inshallah . May be I can get an upgrade from Dubai to khi.
do u guys have any advises on the best way to spend? , I m also open to book flights domestically

Wasting miles on upgrade for such small sector is not recomended.
You can use them to purchase ticket.

It will depend on their offers. Can you use miles to spend some days in Dubai?

Can you transfer them as points to your credit card or other some other membership rewards that will stay valid for a longer time?

There are two options that you can choose from. Either you can purchase tickets, that can be domestic and international or, you can transfer the credit miles to your new card which have longer validity.
