Tortilla press…you just make the pera, put it on the round, press down, and you have the flattened roti ready for the tawa. There are few different types of presses, so you may have some trial and error before you find one that works

Recommend one, I’ve been looking for a while with no avail.
I did see a roti maker in an Indian store but the size was to small. I wish I’ve picked it up.
