i use GIGI Honey wax and i like it, esp since i use it with the warmer.
Edit: forgot to say that i have never used it on the face. You could try those wax strips they sell specifically for the face.

i wouldn't reccomend you waxing your face especially if you have sensitive skin. i learnt it the hard way by burning the face. also, it can cause ingrown hair, blemish marks if not done the right way. i say you should opt for threading instead.

If u want to wax the sides of u're face and around u're jaw-line it's best to try threading once..many people breakout from threading..in the long-run waxing isn't reccomended for the face..makes u're skin saggy as well. How abt just bleaching it..?

Uff it ruins ur skin. I think u should do threading instead.
And if its just upper lip and u cant do threading urself, buy an Epi-care :)

i use persian cold wax (i actually heat it up before using :s) it's really really really sticky and gets very small and fine hairs off also.
for face, i only get my brows waxed once every 13 days. i got my upper lip threaded like once, but it was tooooo painful for me, and since i don't have much visible hair there, i stopped doing it.

i have been thinking of getting some good wax and trying to wax myself-myself (lol)...cuz i cant bear the pain of any1 else giving me so much pain hehehe....i wl atleast try doin it once myself!

^ i have start doing my own... its time consuming but definitely lot cheaper... plus u gotta control on what and when and how often u wanna do it instead of making an appointments, going there and then keep telling the lady 'oh wax is too hot.. ouchh its hurting' blah blah...

like everybody else... gigi wax...
when i did mine, it hurt less because i was careful to myself... but i think when u get it done from someone else, they just want to get the job done and dont really care about u/ur skin when u complain about the pain...

Yup, I've used the Gigi too, with the warmer. It's very nice. I noticed that the desi lady that did mine used that so I figured I'd try myself. It's messier on my own, and obviously more time-consuming.

I would also suggest threading for the face instead of waxing. Once you get the hand of it, it doesnt take very long at all and you get used to the pain. If you must wax, look for the facial wax strips, especially if you have no experience, as it will probably be easier for you to use and apply
I want to get the Gigi warmer. Its so annoying having to run to the microwave every 5 minutes when you are waxing

Threading is a safer option. But Nad's wax is very good; it's what my sister and mother used for a while.
