^ perhaps its Hong Kong Polytechnic or HKUST... having worked with scholars from these, both are definitely world-class...

FrozenFire, NUST, GIK and LUMS in Pakistan always end up in the list somewhere in the teens but Korea, India and Singapore dominate the top ten. Let me try to find the ratings.
