It depends what you want to do (which field do you want to specialize in?) and spend:

1) UET Lahore is the best in government sector

In the private sector we have:

1) LUMS

2) FAST

If you can travel and live in Islamabad:

You have NUST, UET Taxila, Bahria University, Air University etc

I think LUMS offers HR only. Didn't know its offers engineering too.

They do offer some Engineering courses now especially related to Electrical, Electronics and Software. Thats why we need to know what course the OP wants to do.

I think LUMS is most expensive uni compairing to others unis.

^ thats also relative, there are many scholarships there as well.

Here local Education Ministry have approved list of uni/coll/schools which are ranked A+ and A. So one who want's equivalence certificate, get if his or her uni/coll/school listed in that list othewise he'll wait till his or her certificate/degree is verified from origin of its issuance.

actually i am doing FSC pre engineering. and thnkng abut the possible fields that i can read further and also searching abut universities.
Now i hv serached a lot. and find this web link informative.

First of all you need to make up your mind as to what you want to do, engineering of management. And then in Engineering there are different fields like Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil etc. Do what ever you think you have an interest in, otherwise you might face difficulties in the profession which you dont like.
