if you do not want to use an intrauterine contraceptive, then i’m afraid your only option for long term birth control will be the pill. I do not suggest the lupron injection, that will really mess you up…same with the upper arm implants, but i honestly do not know anyone who does that anymore.

you could always practice “natural planning/pulling out” i suppose, but honestly, does that ever really work??

go with the pill…it’s your best and safest bet, as long as you are dilligent about taking it correctly.

but what happens if you forget to take on time or day…think its not as effective then…

so whats the best one thats inserted…i dnt like the upper arm either, but what about the coil…
