Best Test Match Pitches...

there has been alot of talk about pitches for test cricket…which country do u think has the best Pitches for test cricket…i think its ENgland…their wickets have something for everyone…they help pacers but batsman can score alot of runs too…and over the yrs…we have had spinners(Mushtaq, Warne, Murali) quite successful in Englang…so for me England is the place to watch a test match from.

well you are dead right. England pitches are the best speacially The Oval :k:. But not to take off anything from melbournes as well.

nah my vote is for multan /faisalabad :D

Peshawar Pitch :D

that holland pitch :D

I think Multan pitch is good

I;d day it would have to be Australia. England has unpredictable whether for cricket. IMHO England is not suitable for cricket

..HM

i think south african pitches are also not that bad..coming to india, I think it's pity that venues like mohali haven't go any mathes in the recent past..damn this politics..at the same time it all depends upon the curator..he can create wht he wants..until and unless of course captin sahib comes there and gives the instruction to make a dust bowl.

..aussie

btw, aussie pitches are not bad also...mostly off course they are catered to pace bowling..

the bangabandhu stadium is the perfect place for test/odi matches....

What abt Rangri Dambulla stadium :D

Cape Town, S.Africa

every pitch in AUssie i love the game played in Australia.really makes a true cricket and a top pitches :D

i think ausies pitches are the best especially for pakistan. since they r fast and boundy, our shabi bhai can be deadly there. not to forget shabbir who produces bounce anyway but could be deadly in australia

the gabba and the brit oval

I dont know about the pitch...i dont remember when was the last international game played there...but i definetely remember theground...to me one of the best places to play cricketb in pak....I ahve always wanted places like Gujranwala, Sialkote. Peshawar to more international games...In short places other than Karachi-Lahore-Pindi- Faisalabad.....in the big cities people know that they will be getting an international game for sure...so they wait for the good games...infact the ones that interets them the most to go and watch....resulting in stadium being almost empty for the most part of other games...but in small places like Gujranwala, Sialkote. Peshawar ...which doesnt get as many intl. games as other you always have big crowds...even for test matches coz people dont know when are they going to get a test match at their venue so they try to attend whatever game they are given, which makes cricket ground getting filled with spectators.

pitches

I love the aussi pitches and the grounds ....they have some awesome grounds .....
