In most corporates , the managers are budgeted to plan a team activity day out … to increase team bonding.
Have you been a part of it ? What acitivity days have you been part of recently?
and what activity would you recommend for others? dont forget to mention the name of the country/city as activity day outs can be very different in different countries.

My favourite ones are Clay pigeon shooting and Go Ape. Go Ape is the most brilliant thing ever. We went in the summers and basically there are different hurdles between tall trees and you have to overcome them. Its quite scary and exciting at the same time. But definitely worth a try.
Clay pigeon shooting is most certainly the boys favourite. Really captivating activity day and one can feel so tired right after and not to forget a bruised shoulder as the gun is really heavy and hits your shoulder most times.

In the past, where my team was located in the same office, we have gone out for mini golf, team building seminars, volunteer work, walkathons, relay races against other teams.
Since most of my teams are virtual now and all over the globe, we haven't had these activities. When we happen to be in the same office at the same time - we just go out to dinner.

I love mini golf too , njgal ... infact I just love team activity days :@: ... they are so full of fun and excitement. I dont quite enjoy the seminars though .. it feels more like work then fun day out !!

Our office is located on a big lake and surrounded by lots of woods , it is huge complex so they arrange many activities on the campus. Like fishing , walking and running contests, picnics , boat rides , book fairs and what not.
