ladies, i need your help!
we’re planning the dances for my brother’s mehendi in July iA and i need some good, upbeat songs to dance to for both girls and guys- bhangra, bollywood, whatever, i’ll take it!
any youtube videos/tutorials of dances with good choreography would be greatly appreciated too.

youtube: mehndi dance..there are tons of videos! I like this particular one from the UK. I think it was called Anisah's mehndi...all these girls in matching purple/red ghararas getting jiggy with it! lol. they were really good!

oh man, i just saw THE most amazingly danced and choreographed mehendi dance to this song- Bounce Billo by Imraan Khan. i wish i could post it here!

It would be nice if you can choreograph a dance that tells the love story of the couple. It would be a nice addition to any mehndi/wedding where families enjoy dancing.

This is one of the dances we did at a recent mehndi. It was a medley of songs which we put together and put dances together for. Me and my best friend love this song, so we found this clip and incorporated it into it as well.

I did like a long mix of a solo for my cousin's dholki if you pm me I can send you a private link to it on youtube but basically the songs were

umm i have a bhangra solo and then i used the same song for a group dance that had a dandiya dance in the mix but it's a gujurati wedding song but ya feel free to pm me i'd rather not put things on here.

ok.. i know, even though i know you already have pretty much more than enough, but i'm going to add few more, i didn't actually go through them, so i apologize for the repeats! but here's my thought to it and i'm just blurting out songs skimming through my mind, as i just attended a wedding this summer and going through songs was so hard, but you know there should be 2 main focuses!
1. has a good beat to it, one to which you can actually do a good dance on, most bhangra songs do, but isn't too fast either
2. the wordings.. this one might or might not matter to people, depending on the situation, because we had to cut out really good songs just because the meaning to the song was all about "drinking alcohol" or things like that ! hope you get my point lol..
