I would say that one should go for Latest HP SLATE 7 Tablets which features Latest ARM A9 Dual Core Processor with 1Gb ram & Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Operating System Move Over it is available in a very reasonable price in Pakistan.
It is Asus Google Nexus 7 2 (2013 Version) 2nd Generation.
Whats your feedback ?
What a good investment it was purchasing this device, superb value for the price, no cut corners here well happy.
My friend told me at least 80%+ of the units out there have been reported to have all sorts of problems. Problems such as Multi touch problems, freezing/reboots, charging problems, overheating problems, inability to charge properly etc. Basically, there were so many negative reports from owners of the new nexus 7(mostly in the U.S). The device is not very strong once it falls it has a high chance of not turning back on because during a drop test on you tube, a new nexus 7 couldn't turn back on after dropping from around 5 fts on a concrete floor so get yourself a case but on a carpet it shouldn't be a big issue.
Overall, a very positive experience. The device itself is a pleasure to use, and I have not struggled to find my way with it, very much user friendly. It has front camera and back camera , the photos result is just fine not too good. I have bought it for academic purpose only e.g reading my lecture slides, checking emails, watch tutorials on YouTube, read blogs related to my research topics and read different newspapers . I am keeping it antisocial , no Facebook and no Skype. I just got it 3 days ago , waiting to use it more and more.
Either way, the nexus 7 is the best tablet that can get the best bang for your money that's why I got it.
Its good to know that you are happy with your purchase, lilly, if u don't mind will you please share how much it cost? I want a comparison in pak rupees.
I am unable to connect it with my laptop and unable to charge it? Hep please?
This is what I got from the nexus 7 manual:
Your Nexus 7 can be charged via the USB port on a computer
only when Nexus 7 is in sleep mode (screen off) or turned off.
Charging through the USB port will take longer than charging
with the USB charging unit.

I fixed both problems. I did turn it off before charging but it wasn't working at all. Later on, i used the USB cable that I use for charging my phone. And guess what, it worked. My nexus started charging and it is successfully connected with my laptop right now. The problem was the USB cable. Should I ask them to send me a new USB cable because I can't be bothered to post them this cable that costs £2. Also, if I am using my phone USB cable, will it harm the device or cause any other problems?
