I use to go to Emirates Tower 2 , They have Tony & Guy there you have to book an appointment with them.

Best in Dubai ..

Clad best Saloon is Frank Provost in Burj Al Arab or Dubai Mall for Men. For Women, East Elegance do great hair styles and cuts and they are not that expensive too.
