What are some good salons in rawalpindi, for non-bridal related work. I mean facials, haircut, etc
I remember I once went to sobia’s and had a great experience. But that was about 7years ago so I’m guessing things have changed.

sobias is still good. Jugnus is nice as well. Also there is Sobia Amir in westridge.

^ I live in westridge and I don't think there's sobia amir's parlor here. Westridge has moshaz, headlines and lily (a chineese woman's parlor). As for op's question..sobia is good for facials but not really for mani padi. Try moshaz ib scheme 3. The one in westridge is good.
