Re: Best recipe Fried Chicken/wings anyone?

my mum has this awesome recipe :yummy: but it’s more of a batter, than actual desi masala. you still want it?

Re: Best recipe Fried Chicken/wings anyone?

^Yuppers Please. I don't mind batter or stuff. I actually didn't wanted to go all desi malafied on it so thought I check here if someone has another alternative.

Re: Best recipe Fried Chicken/wings anyone?

okay... it's rough, coz no exact quantities, k?

half besan, half cornflour, mix with water - this is the key.

pissa hua adrak and lassan

salt

lemon juice

pinch bicarb soda

its her secret recipe :p

try one or two before frying the whole lot to make sure the consistencies are balanced.

oh and my mum also pre-marinates the chicken in like adrak lassan lemon juice soya sauce.

^Holly molly! :bummer: Now I’ve to buy besan. would it be okay if I subbed it with all purpose flour instead??? Thanks I will try this out tonight, see how it turns out.
