same here…when i’m feeling extra mehrbaan on my hubby, i’ll make him pakki huwi chai…
like afshi said, more dhood than water, and two tea bags, because he likes it karak…let it boil away, slow and steady (so that it does run over!)
I skim off the skin that forms on top as well…
