Would really appreciate your reviews on the best shops either on Alum rock, Soho road, ladypool road and Stratford road.
I’ve never been to Birmingham so I would really appreciate the help! Thanks x

Zaib collections on strattford road in Bham (next to Junaid Jumshad) tend to stock more pakistani imported outfits.

Shades,Amber collection,Dhanak,Golu etc on stratford road
Most of the shops on Alum rock do formal outfits so im sure you'll find something there

Zaib's collection is ridicuously overpriced but there's plenty of other shops on stratford road....such as dhanak, posh, resham mahal, junaid jasmshaid, etc
Ladypool road has shops such as khushboo, chaand, poze, etc
And yeah try Alum Rock Rd too...there's loads of shops there..

Are these roads near each other lol?! Because I dont want to get lost and spend ages trying to find parking!

Ashii is right - zaib collection's prices are extortionate. A pishwas dress would probs cost in the region of £250 - £400. But they do have some nice stuff.
Stratford road and lady pool road are adjacent to one another. Alum rock is a bit tricky, and tbh they have crap all there. Ladypool road is full of more indian looking work, same as soho rd.

try rivaaj by khan variety which is located right at the end of Alum rock rd, away from all the other shops selling the same old tat. She gets all her clothes from khan variety in Pindi and the stuff is gorgeous

Stratford rd is wer u should go for pakistani designs :)

Birmingham has been the biggest let down for me, I went with my sister just to see, and the styles were dated and a lot of the prices were ridiculous!!! I'll be trying southall on Saturday and green street next week

My sister got her wedding outfit and her hubby's sherwani from Meena Bazaar for quite a good price, but they had some nice heavy maxis there too
