For all my Guppans living in Pakistan I require your help please! I am looking to go Pakistan inshallah next year as I’m getting married end of August 2012.
I will be getting my clothes from Islamabad but visiting all of my family who live in Gujrat. I can’t stand hot weather and I end up getting very flustered and hot. So taking this into account what is the best month for me to go Pakistan?! I will only be going for 2 weeks.
I’m thinking end of February however when does it start to get hot?
Please help as I need to book my plane tickets soon thanks!

Feb should be fine, anytime between Nov-mid march is fine weather wise.
I'm actually also getting married in end of Agu. next year! :D :D
I'll go there at the end of jan and do all my shopping! :D
Aw thanks congrats to you too! I'm a bit apprehensive to go early in the year due to changes in fashion but I just wouldn't be able to cope shopping in hot weather and besides some of these designers take 3-4 months to make your bridal anyway so latest I could go would be beginning April

August in Pakistan is extremely HOT n HUMID** i believe. the best time to visit would probably be from *mid January to end of Feb* AND between ***mid November to end of December*

i've heard the weather is the same in april and Agust (at least it is in Karachi).. So if you go in april you'll get an idea of what the wheather will be like in agust..
As for fashion, i think it'll stick a for some more time.. people are LOVING the long shirts!!

karachi does** not** have a winter please I’ve been there in December Jan & Feb and I used a fan always. Sometimes I wish I could’ve used the A.C but since it “rained” it was considered really chilly.LOL., but dec jan feb for khi is pleasant weather. At least for an islooite.

i cannot stand the hot pakistan weather as well. Think its fine if u go in Jan, Feb, March. It starts getting hot in April and a bit in march too but thats bearable.
