hmmm, i used Tomtom on a PDA mmmmmmm IMATE .. . it was pretty good.
my N95 is pretty good but it doesn't show speed cameras

yaar does Nokia maps show the nearest refueling stations, hotels and resturants?, my E90 doesn't come standard with Nokia maps, Google Maps say kaam chal jata hai, but I want to upgrade to Nokia maps.

yes it does show these things like fuel stations and restaurants etc.

what abt Garmin. I am using it with N95-8GB . no experiace with other ones

Go for Iphone its map application is excellent !
