There is no contradiction going on here.

Pakistan has a strong Army but needs help in its Air Force and Saudis can help us in tha regard.

Saudis bought 74 Euro Fighters to repalce their British Tornado fighters.

They could give those fighters to Pakistan which are pretty good in deterring India
