Mine works in many houses in my neighbourhood and is our previous maasi’s cousin. I think my maali vouched for the previous one. So you need to ask around your neighbours especially ones with long term domestic help. It also helps to be on good terms with the drivers and cooks around you.
Don’t forget to demand a CNIC from her. Don’t take anyone without one (and get the Id checked at nadra to make sure it isn’t forged)
And also some housing schemes also have some kind of office that provides people for services and some are so strict they want you to register all domestic help. Make sure you know how strict your locality is.
