any recommendations??

im on a budget booo but i still havnt found a mascara which gives a full thick lash look!

i think £12 pounds is like $20 :slight_smile:

I’ve been complaining about this and so far I havent found a mascara that has the “wow factor” :bummer:

what have you tried and tested so far m.k.d.?

Ive tried Pure, Bourjois XXL and Great lash recently...nothing impressive so far!! :(

I've tried Virtouse by Lancome, Rimmel's Endless length and lift, Bourjois Volume Glamour in Ultra Black, Rimmel's Volume Flash and Maxfactor Lashlift Waterproof. There's another Maxfactor one i've tried but I can't remember the name :(

*I've been using Maybelline Falsies Mascara for a few months now and i think its great...makes the lashes really long and thick!
*No7 Extreme Length Mascara is also a good one.

Max factor lash extension - LOVE it! Elizabeth Arden is good as well!

Try L'Oréal Paris Voluminous Mascara. I consider it to be one of the best "lower-end" mascaras on the market, and at £7.99, it doesn't really break the bank.

There's also the new L'Oréal Paris Volume Million Lashes Mascara...might be worth trying.

If you are looking for drugstore mascara…I would recommend maybelline’s colossal, it works wonders!! If you want a subtle look or if you want a dark and dramatic look!

Maybelline mascaras never fail to deliver imo. At the moment I have Maybelline Collosal Volume Express (the yellow container with purple piping) and it is brilliant, costs around £6/£7. It makes me lashes look super long and thick without looking clumpy :)

I love Maybelline Volume Express as well, prob the only other mascara I am really into apart from Diorshow which is more than twice as much..

I was given Givenchy's Phenomen'eyes as a gift. It's the mascara with the ball like applicator. It worked amazingly well on my eyelashes, it lengthened and thickened them and coated every single eyelash. The thing is, it's pricey so I was looking for a cheaper alternative and I found L'Oreal's Telescopic Explosion mascara, it has the same sort of ball applicator and it works just as well as the Givenchy one imo. I'm using this one atm and I'm loving it.

Oh and Maybelline's Colossal Volume Express mascara is also very good.

I've had this for a couple of years now, and swear by it. I have quite thick lashes, so need a mascara to lenthen and separate, which is exactly what this does. I've been complimented on my lashes, and asked whether I'm wearing mascara, by a beautician lady lol. Its..drum roll maybelline Define a Lash (green bottle)

I've been using MAC Mascara X for a year now. I previously didn't use the same mascara more than 2 tubes in a row. Like most mascaras, it takes a few applications to figure out how to make it work the best.
