your bread should be brown, high fibre, low gi, with seeds. Bit hard to swallow, but I find if you toast it lightly and top it with mashed avo, lemon juice and pementos and dhania it’s just ![]()
and you eventually get used to it.
i’ve eaten brown bread my whole life. we only bring white for my dad, but i’ve almost converted him now.
