Best liner for Lower inner eye lids

I have read that Laura Mercier is the best one that doesnt give you Racoon Eyes after a while.
Anybody has different products that they have used that don’t smudge.Its for the inside lower eyelid..the wet part one.

It's definitely called Colorstay.....I use it cuz it doesn't spread.

Chanel. You only have to glide it once and it never smudges. Ever.

Urban Decay 24/7 never smudges, stays on all day and is reasonably priced.

i second urban decay but once i went to ulta (www.ulta.com) to get some last min. xmas gifts and they didn’t have it, only the glittery ones.

Anyhow they recommended the ulta brand of eye pencil which worked really well and NYC. yup that’s right, cheap ole NYC makeup has a waterproof smudge proof liner that stays put all day.

I suffer with bad allergies so certain brands bother my eyes but this NYC one didn’t at all where as sometimes the ULTA brand has. Also with allergies comes watery eyes and well it totally stayed all day long much better than other brands i’ve tried. (clinique, estee lauder, ulta, and urban decay).

Thank you guys. I never knew that the water proof eye pencils could really be used on the inside of the lower lid. I am going to try one of those:)

I'm not sure but ma friend said it was for $42.00 nd now its cheaper i wonder if shes lieing or not !!!! btw ASK99- did u try to use the eyeliner nd did it work!!:))

I like to use The Body Shop's liquid eyeliner in brown to line my upper and lower eyelids.
