I’ve heard International Studios in Karachi are the best. Does anyone have experience dealing with them? What’re their costs like? Has anyone processed elsewhere?

Since the traditional film industry of Pakistan is based out of Lahore, it would be safe to presume that the best quality in regards to processing 35mm footage is probably found in facilities there. Likely, south of the city.
The rest of the country, the younger artists and cinema enthusiasts, do not use film anymore as it is extremely expensive. The film schools in Karachi, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Faisalabad and even in Lahore are now using digital, as it cheap and efficient.
