Could anyone try to explain to me how to apply those kohl/surma sticks? My friend says you have to scrap off the surface is that true?

shehnaz hussain gives u dat smudgy look perfect for smoky eye..i also like bourjois and rimmel soft kohl kajal pencils..hashmi kajal is very veryy pigmented but am afraid of the lead thing though i do use it sometimes

i wouldn't suggest shahnaz hussain's kajal or any other product from her makeup line. I have the kajal. The result is messy and after i washed my face the area around my eyes would look all black. Not good quality.

I've been using Hashmi kajal since i can remember. Recently bought the Rimmel soft kohl jet black pencil, but i still prefer the hashmi one cuz it's awesome!!
