Gold is unpredictable. Though it seems to be constantly going up, it has its variations. While it can prove to be a decent long term holding, it can be a headache as well.
Foreign currency is always going to be stronger against Pak rupee, as our inflation doesnt show any signs of lowering. Best to diversify in a basket of currencies, like USD, EUR and GBP.
Stocks are good for the long term, if you pick and choose some blue chips. There are a few good buys in the KSE at this time.
Property is very unpredictable, and requires huge investment, and a long waiting period.
Car doesnt seem viable, unless the turn around time is quick, and the return is viable.
