In ur view point, which one best housing society which r best in quality and location?
both type r affordable and luxury one. so mention.
i am talking abut socirties like bahria town, lake city , meadows etc, u can mention the other location like defence y block. etc.

I’m interested in buying an apartment and currently looking at iconvalley, the apartments are beautiful. Just concrened about the distance from the airport and the main city.

I have seen Sui Gas Society which is between Phase 4 and 5 of defence, houses are like palaces in that society. Most of the plots are of 2 kanals there.

I have read some bad reviews about Eden, where they are taking the money but not delivering the goods. They were however selling properties at affordable prices from 11 lakhs. Can anyone reccommend trustable and affordable housing societies in Lahore.

Yeah its their website but u can visit personally they got a office in DHA and one in their housing society too

Eden is not giving good quality. This is true. I am residing in Wapda Town myself. The good thing about this place is that you can find all leading brands/grocery stores..each and everything over here. Bahria town will get too far if you have small school going children or if you are quite much into outings. I have another society in mind but they have 5 marla houses. Khyabaan-e-Iqbal. A relative of mine rented a house for a few months. I shifted from Gulberg to Wapda Town 3 years back and to be honest, it has sprawled like anything.
Hospitals, schools, even universities are now shifting towards that place so I think its better to shift somewhere here rather than going to Defence.
The society you are looking for, also depends upon your needs. One thing that I have experienced is that Wapda Town experiences less gas and power loadshedding than Defence lol! Everything is in reach. You can find township ka bazzaar, link road, MAKRO etc everything nearby.

Thanks for the info guys. I'll share my situation with you. We are overseas pakistanis and looking to buy an appartment with 1-2 bedrooms - kind of a holiday home where we can stay each year on our visit to pakistan. The rest of the time the appartment will stay vacant. Only looking for something cheap and affordable, within a gated community for security and pretty central to Lahore City.
We are hoping to rent out the appartment in the longer run. Thanks for all your suggestions and if there is any other societies that meet these requirements let me know!
So far Khayaban e Amin seems to fit our requirements best!
