Best Homemade/Store Bought Salad Dressing/Vinaigrette

does anyone have a really tasty (and healthy :)) homemade salad dressing/vinaigrette recipe?

or any really good store bought brands/recommendations?

something that tastes like the Red Robin ranch…or the vinaigrettes found in Costco’s pre-packaged kale, spinach, caprese or biggest loser salads?

Re: Best Homemade/Store Bought Salad Dressing/Vinaigrette

Sweet & creamy: Ricotta or cottage cheese or yogurt + mustard + lemon juice + olive oil + salt/pepper + sugar

Dressing for spinach and fruit salad: 1 TBS balsamic vinegar + 1 TBS jam/jelly + pinch salt & pepper. Microwave few seconds until jam loosens, then whisk & toss with salad immediately before it cools. As it comes to room temp, the jam will form a thin gel layer on the salad leaves.

A great vinaigrette is equal parts lemon juice (fresh preferably), extra virgin olive oil, and vinegar. You can add some fruit juice for variety.
